Pollen Street Capital Limited is pleased to announce that Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has acquired an initial portfolio of consumer loans from GE Money Consumer Lending Limited and certain of its affiliates (the "Sellers") for a purchase price of approximately £54 million. Under the agreement, the Company intends to acquire second portfolio from the Sellers within 3 months.
